GROCER'S DAUGHTER CHOCOLATE - PATRICIA'S CHOCOLATE - EUTOPIAN CHOCOLATES
It's February - the month of "chocolate" - actually every month is chocolate month for me, but especially February with Valentines Day. We work with three extraordinary Michigan chocolatiers. I love the rustic appearance, texture and unique flavors of Mimi Wheeler's Grocer's Daughter Chocolates (Empire) and Patty Christopher (Grand Haven) makes the most GORGEOUS stenciled chocolates using only the finest ingredients. And now to further complicate things, here come Sherry Noble from Grand Rapids with her chocolate covered home made marshmallows and chocolate covered cherries!
What all three of these extraordinary women have in common when making their distinctly unique chocolate creations is quality. They all take great pride in sourcing the highest quality of chocolate they can find (and they all have different preferences and source from different cocoa growers). If I've learned one thing is this business it's the quality of the ingredients used makes ALL the difference in the end result product. These chocolates are not only beautiful and make extraodinary Valentine's Day gifts, but they're also amazing in taste - and that's the difference in a massive production facility and these three women working out of their small Michigan commercial kitchens.
