MESSAGE FROM WES - CHIEF CULINARY ARTIST

I've been busy since I joined the Grand River Grocery crew in October. We're currently putting in a kitchen facility to support our market and cafe across the parking lot from Grand River Grocery where we'll be ramping up our soup, salad, sandwich and bakery program. For now, working in the little space I have at the market, I've been producing all our own soups from scratch (Georgia's been one of my best soup customers!), we've changed up our sandwich program and are producing weekly salads. I've also been rolling in early Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to set up a breakfast buffet of pancakes, eggs and omelettes. I'm having fun and there's lots of changes . . . feel free to contact me with questions about cooking, products you'd like to see us carry, items I could be producing from our kitchen that would help make things a bit easier for you, maybe a sandwich you'd like us to produce . . .
