The Best Irish Coffee

Redbreast whiskey is an exceptional sipping whiskey, whether or not St. Patty's day is right around the corner. It stands to reason then, that the best whiskey would make the best Irish coffee.

Irish coffee, the legend goes, was invented by a bartender to warm up travelers coming from America on a bitter cold, wintry night in the 1940's. It has become the welcoming drink offered to travelers coming in to the Shannon airport, and is certain to make anyone feel warm and welcomed.
