We have had many requests to post our menu and recipes from our recent "Grillfriends" event which was held at a private home overlooking the Thornapple River this past Thursday evening. The gorgeous view and evening were only outdone by the culinary talent of our consulting chef, Christine Ferris of Holland who was assisted by our market chef, Erin Van Epps. LAST CALL FOR RIBS!

This Thursday, 5-8 PM we're wrapping up a summer of grilling. Join us on the patio (or take your dinner home) for ribs, potato salad, coleslaw and baked beans! The Charlie Hoats trio plays 5:30 - 7:30 and Scholtens Vegetable Farm will be in the parking lot 2-6 with fresh from their farm sweet corn, tomatoes, cantaloupe (best we had last summer - AMAZING!), watermelon and whatever else Amy can "round up" that morning!
