DANCING GOAT CREAMERY

We're crossing our fingers for sunshine tomorrow since this is one of our favorite grilling weeks. Barbara Jenness, owner of Dancing Goat Creamery (Byron Center, MI) will be here from 12pm-4pm sampling her amazing cheeses, and along with our usual Heffron Farms (Belding, MI) hot dogs and burgers, we will be featuring a grilled portabella mushroom cap topped with dancing goat fresh chevre, roasted red peppers, lettuce, tomato and market-made pesto on a Little Rooster Bun (Grand Rapids, MI).

Weather permitting, we will be grilling from 11am til 6pm. Stop by for lunch, or pick dinner up on the way home!

ON DECK: ZIP SAUCE AND CRANE'S PIE PANTRY

Mark your calendars for next Wednesday, June 29,  when we will be featuring flank steak with Zip Sauce (Rochester Hills, MI) and Crane's Pies (Fennville, MI) by the slice for dessert.

Stop by from 12pm-4pm to taste some delicious Michigan fruit pies and stock up for the 4th of July holiday or summer picnics!
