2 oz Stoli Vanilla
1 oz Caravella Limoncello
1 splash Sprite
Frozen Blueberry Garnish
Rim martini glass with Stirrings Lemon Drop Rimmer. Pour vodka and limoncello in a shaker over ice. Pour into sugar rimmed martini glass. Float blueberries.
I am a big fan of limoncello, I always keep a bottle in my freezer. I love to make a martini with 1 part limoncello, 2 parts vodka and a little grappa. I had it years ago at Epcot Center and they called it an Italian Margarita! The contrast of the limoncello's sweetness and the grappa's dryness makes a fantastic spring and summer beverage. Enjoy!
