DON'T FORGET THE WINE

The Ninth Bridge beverage team has picked out four great values; sure to compliment anything you choose to serve this Easter Sunday:

2009 Frisk Prickly. This Riesling Muscat blend would be a beautiful pairing for Easter brunch. Sweet, rich, balanced, and just a bit of Sparkle to dance on your tounge. ($9.99)

2007 Alma Rosa Chardonnay. Fresh and citrusy in the nose, a classic Chardonnay in the Montrachet style. Pairs nicely with poultry dishes as well as roast pork. ($23.49)

2009 Cline Zinfandel. Cherry and vanilla on the nose followed by a mouth-filling dark berry fruit mid palate and a lively spice finish. Well suited for full-flavored dishes, such as rack of lamb, yet shows nicely by itself. ($10.99)

2009 Forefront Pinot Noir. Rich aromas of dark cherry and spiced plum create a complex and intense palate built around a core of black cherry and raspberry. Dark berry fruit with silky tannins bring out hints of raspberry cordial and cedar throughout the lingering finish. An elegant pairing to any Easter dinner. ($20.49)
