We’ve got a very special evening planned in a private home, overlooking the Thornapple River. Mimi Wheeler from Grocer’s Daughter will be in our market during the day (12-4 Friday, Feb 8) tasting her amazing chocolate truffles. We’re delighted to host this small, intimate evening event where she will take us on the journey of her “chocolate”, from the rain forest of Ecuador to your decadent dessert plate! Sarah Andro, our Grand River Grocery Wine Chick will discuss wine pairing with chocolates. Caterer Chris Ferris will prepare a casual dinner buffet using many of our Grand River Grocery products to compliment the “chocolate” theme of the evening.
