Chief Culinary Artist, Chef Wes Davis and his Assistant, Chef Andrea rolled out the first of their prepared dinners March 27.   So what does "real food" mean?  Our definition:  fresh, natural ingredients for balanced taste as nature intended.  We'll be rotating our dinner assortment weekly featuring 1-2 chicken dishes, a beef entree, salmon entree, vegetarian entree, and a pasta entree - in all about 6-7 assorted dinner entree's weekly . . . and that's just for starters.

Another great Michigan made product and from one of Georgia’s favorite Northern Michigan communities!! Leelanau Country Inn dressings and marinades are made from scratch and they are all natural. Chef Wes thought the French dressing was one of the best he has tasted (that he hasn’t made himself!!). You can use these dressings as a marinade as well as a salad dressing. My favorite is the Maple Cherry Vinaigrette which I marinate my boneless/skinless chicken breast in for 3-4 hours and then put on the grill with some veggies. We’re carrying the LeeLanau Country Inn Authentic French, Country Inn Greek, and Cherry Maple Vinaigrette.  Click on photo for more Crew Picks.

New to the market, we hope you’ll join members of the Parson’s Family of Antrim county as they TASTE their maple syrup. The Parson Family has tapped the same sugar bush on the banks of Harwood Lake since the 1800’s!! We’re thrilled to have them join us and are proud to sell this Michigan product in our market.
