NEXT WEEK: GRILLING AND SAMPLING WITH BLIS
Chef Steven Stallard's gourmet rubs, salts, vinegars, oils and of course maple syrups have been featured on the Martha Stewart Show and in Food and Wine Magazine and been praised by such culinary gods as Thomas Keller and Grant Achatz, but he still finds the time to hand deliver product to Ninth Bridge Market, and come to sample in the store as he will next Wednesday.
We are proud of our relationship with Blis, and excited to eat lunch next Wednesday, as we grill pork chops rubbed with Blis Moroccan Spice Rub (which is a staple in my kitchen) and drizzle them with heavenly Blis Syrup.
