Join founder of Gluten Free Sensations, Loretta Hamelink in our market on Friday, February 20 from noon to 4 PM. Loretta created Gluten Free Sensations as a result of having children that were celiac and needed gluten free products (necessity is the mother of invention after all - especially if you’re a mother wanting to help your kids!). So, into the kitchen she went, spending countless hours trying to prepare baked goods that she could serve with confidence to non-celiac friends and family. As a result, Gluten Free Sensations was born. Loretta will be sampling a few of her product mixes - gluten free pancakes, granola and chocolate chip cookies.

RECIPE

RASPBERRY CLOUDS

Using Sarah's Crew Pick this month, Robert Rothchild Red Raspberry Sauce this one is quick and easy (she has an easier one on the website for her Crew Pick!)  A special treat for the "Valentines" around your table!

Ingredients:
1 large Angel Food Cake, cut into cubes

2 C whipping cream

1 C Robert Rothchild Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce

2 T Grand Marnier

10 1/2 oz. frozen raspberries, drained

Directions:
Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold in Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce and Grand Marnier. In a large bowl, fold together the raspberry cream mixture and cake cubes. In a glass serving bowl, layer cake mixture and raspberries. Garnish with additional whipped cream if desired.
