MICHIGAN WINEMAKER DINNER

2 Lads Winery is a 10,500 square foot facility located on 58 acres on the Old Mission Peninsula in Traverse City, Michigan. Grand River Grocery and Bistro Bella Vita are thrilled to welcome Cornel Olivier and Chris Baldyga at our annual Live! and Local Meet the (Michigan) Winemaker Dinner to benefit Local First.
Tickets are $100 per person which includes tax and gratuity and a precentage of proceeds to benefit Local First.
Seating is limited to 50 guests and credit card reservations are required.

2nd Course: Ingraberg Farm’s heirloom tomatoes 3 ways
3rd Course: Harrietta Hill’s rainbow trout with crispy potato gratin, braised local greens,
chanterelle mushrooms and Michigan bacon-apple vinaigrette
4th Course: S & S Farm’s lamb chop with Jennings’s Brother’s polenta, local baby vegetables
and Al Haarsma’s honey & cranberry gastrique
5th Course: West Michigan Cassoulet with braised and roasted local meats, house-made sausage, Blanchard Farm’s white beans, roasted root vegetables and red wine demi glace
6th Course: Dancing Goat Creamery Cheese cake with Honey Creek Farm’s peaches
and Michigan Maple Syrup
