A blend of Mauzac, Chenin & Chardonnay.  Golden yellow with green lights.  Crisp, lively and elegant.  The aromas are a delicate blend of white flowers, pear and other white fleshed fruits.  This wine then develops hints of hazelnut, slowly revealing subtle toasted flavors.  Lively attack on teh palate, long finish.  Great value at $16.99!

SCHRAMSBERG CREMEANT '04 - California:  $33.99

Delicate, off-dry dessert style wine:  "an American original".  Cremant is French for "creamy" and traditionally refers to a sparkling wine with softer effervescence.  Aromas of honeyed spice, rum cake, rhubarb pie and baked pineapple comingle with wild pear, melon and tea leaves.  On the palate this wine is rich and creamy yet still vibrant and refreshing.

Join us for a fun and adventurous evening at The Schnitz Ada Grill as we explore the mystery behind scotch and bourbon. We have a pretty impressive line up selected and as always, Chef Bubba will be cooking up some fabulous food to complement our tasting. $45 per person plus tax and gratuity.
