ALMOST READY

This week, we passed our inspection in the bakery, and that meant we could finally turn on the ovens! Barb, Derek and Amy have been busy testing recipes, getting used to the new ovens and setting baking schedules. We will continue to bring the practice breads and pastries to the market for you to taste and let us know what you think.

Watch for a soft opening coming soon...

WEDNESDAY GRILLING

We missed our first grilling day due to some unfortunate weather, but there is sunshine in the forecast this week! Stop by the market 12-7 every Wednesday now til September for grilled Heffron Farms burgers and dogs, and a specialty item featuring one of our favorite Michigan products.

This week, Cathy Douglas from Brownwood Farms will be joining us. We will be featuring Pulled Pork sandwiches with Brownwood Farms' amazingly tangy and smoky Cherry Barbeque Sauce. Cathy will be in the market from 12pm-4pm, giving you plenty of time to stop by and try some BBQ sauce or one of their fantastic fruit salsas.

FREE FRIDAY WINE TASTINGS

If you are in the Village on a friday afternoon, stop by the market, and David is sure to have some fun wines open for you to taste.

This Friday, we will be tasting some California wines that are new to us too! This time it's your turn to be a part of the selection process. Stop by from 3-6 and try the Heavyweight wines and let us know if you would like us to carry them.

TRIATHALON IN ADA

If you are participating in the triathalon next weekend or cheering on a participant, Ninth Bridge will be there with you! The Hot Diggety Dog Hot Dog Cart will be in Ada Park all day, serving up refreshments for the whole family, and there will be plenty in the market as well.
