Dancing Goat Creamery is an artisanal, farmstead creamery producing fresh, organic goat cheese. Barbara raises Alpine goats that have ample pasture, barn access, and fresh browse. While on the milking stand, they receive organic grain. Fresh goat milk is turned into cheese daily, ensuring a quality product. Dancing Goat produces fresh chevre, ash ripened St. Maurve and crottin type cheese. The chevre is available plain or with a variety of herbs and spices. Barbara is a Master Cheesemaker, come TASTE with her today!
